Saturday nights alright for a fight! Well at least it is for some of us. POD-U and combinded forces were hanging out in Pure Blind looking for some targets to kill. We happened to be docked in a station while during a short break when a large force of 30 ships entered system and decided to camp the station. It didn't take long for the smak talk to start in local, "We're just looking for a fair fight! Come on! gesthapto lapenty > Ladel - hgow do you have the pride to go on Scrapheap. That place is meant for people that actually play the game. gesthapto lapenty > tsk. Might save some time if you disband your alliances and move back to empire now Gladius Phoenix > All we want is a fair fight - Oh shit run we outnumbered 2 to 1. So as it goes they grow weary of sitting on the station and decided to leave, we however decide to persue. Both gangs are sitting on opposing sides of one gate and it begins to look like a stalemate. But then our intel informs us that they are aligned and moving. The command is called out, JUMP JUMP! Primary and secondary targets are called and the ownage begins.

POD-U is conducting recon operations in other regions in the hopes to seek a suitable expanded base of operations. Leaders have now expressed interest in Branch and Deklein as possible locations while continuing operations with allied forces. A special note to our allied leaders, some pilots have expressed interest in working more closely with POD-U and have requested entry into our corp. However, as a matter of public statement and policy, Prophets of a Damned Universe does not nor will ever condone the practice of, “bird dogging/poaching” allied pilots in an effort to bolster its own forces by increasing membership. However, if approached on the volition of their own will POD-U will consider each pilot on an individual basis. |
Prophets of a Damned Universe form the Elemental Fury Alliance in great anticipation for the Eve-online 5th Alliance tournament. All was well and teams began to form to talk about ships and set ups for the fight.However, due to a billing glitch pilots awoke one morning only to find that the eFury Alliance had been disbanded.
Questions immediately arose from members about what was going on as the alliance was merely one month old! Petitions were sent to CCP Game Masters and the non-existent alliance was assured that it would get looked into.With the tournament fast approaching and no solid response from Game Masters, members of POD-U started posting on the eve-online forums. In the hopes that some publicity would hasten a fix and the alliance would be reformed without having to repay the 1 billion isk fee.
Despite eFury officials saying that the alliance bill was never sent to the executor corp., CCP maintained it's position that indeed the bill had been sent but not paid on time. With 2 billion invested in alliance and tournament fee's it's hard to imagine that a bill totaling a mere 6 million would not get paid! At last count eFury officials know that at least 2 or 3 Game Masters were involved in the petition process and were terrible in cross communicating actions to fix the problem.
POD-U views CCP with distrust and resentment and will continue to maintain its position that a bill was never received. The whole situation reminds the author of big brother, the more evolved they get in things the more things get fucked up. CCP we hate and loath you to the core and we will most likely NEVER participate in any function your corporation sponsors! To those who posted in support of our plight thank you! |
